Manufacturing Technique
The general DC charging stations are composed of DC smart energy meter, voltage sensor transmitter, insulation detector, main controller, switching power supply, charging power supply module, relay, AC contactor, DC contactor and so on. The assembled charging stations not only has complex production and assembly process, but also has high equipment failure rate, complicated operation and maintenance and high cost. Relying on the technical R & D advantages of the parent company, after years of technical research, Injet took the lead in launching "integrated EV charging power controller" in the industry in 2019. And obtained a number of national patents, and applied for PCT international paten.
Core Technology
It integrates BMS power supply, automobile communication, charging process control, insulation detection, voltage detection, electric energy DC metering, overcurrent protection, short circuit protection and other functions in one, highly integrated, ultra-small size. Greatly simplify the composition of the charging pile, the power controller + charging gun + charging module + display and communication part can be charged, speeding up the production efficiency of the whole pile, saving human resources; sharing power scheduling, improving charging efficiency.
As the core control component of DC fast charging pile, flexible power dispatching unit is completely developed by the company, which is equipped with power dispatching unit, output over-current and over-voltage protection, data communication and other functional components.
