*This product is a 7KW single-phase AC charging pile, mainly used for AC charging of electric vehicles. The product is composed of charging pile body, wall-hanging backboard, floor-to-ground column (optional), etc., with charging protection, charging by swiping card, charging by scanning code, mobile payment,networking monitoring and other functions.This product adopts industrial design principle, easy to install and easy to use.

*Protection:level of protection IP54(waterproof and dustproof),can withstand wind,rain and sun exposure.
*Operation:The head of the charger is designed to open the cover with one bottom. The operation is simple and convenient, namely plug and play.

A: 12 months. In this period, we will supply technical support and replace the new parts by free,customers are in charge of
delivery.
Q3. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
Q4. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 50% as deposit, and 50% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

Q10.What's the difference between Movable Charger and Wallbox Charger?
A: In addition to the obvious appearance difference, the main protection level is different: wallbox charger protection level is IP54, available outdoors;And the Movable Charger protection level is IP43, rainy days and other weather can not be used outdoors.
